The Ritz-Carlton, Doha

We had an amazing family time at The Ritz Carlton! A true luxurious hotel! Every host was sweet, friendly, and accommodating. A special mention to Chita from Sel & Miel who was such a sweetheart! She made sure we had a good, delightful evening and even sang happy birthday song for my dad. The indoor pool lifeguards were also very attentive too. Kudos to them! Unfortunately I wasn't able to take their names.

We had a wonderful week at The Ritz-Carlton, Doha. The hotel is perfectly located, the facilities are great, and the staff are extremely kind and helpful. Everyone goes above and beyond to make sure guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. A special mention to Majid from the pool team, who truly made our stay exceptional. He was always attentive, making sure everything was perfect for us and our children. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel!

We were treated like royalty as soon as we checked in for our three night stay at The Ritz Carlton Hotel in Doha.Soumaya and Yaarob were very impressive from start to finish and made our holiday like a dream come true.David and Shropshire the restaurant chefs catered for us making delicious food. Wafe was very pretty and look after us in the restaurant.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel we felt so welcome and staff could not do enough. We had a club room with lounge access and it is the best hotel lounge we have ever been too. The selection of food and drink offerings is fantastic, with a chef to cook you eggs how you like them for breakfast and we were there for the American Themed night which was also great. The view from the lounge overlooking the Marina was just outstanding and the staff in the lounge couldn't do enough for you. Drinks were constantly topped up without needing to ask! The rooms are super clean and the view was stunning. It has everything you need including shampoo and conditioner, body wash etc (although I wasn't a fan of the smell but is personal taste). The ONLY negative is that we actually booked a Club Twin room but were allocated a King room. We arrived late at night and just went with it and it was fine. We chose not ask to change rooms. The pool is fantastic as are the staff who work there. The 2 towels per person is great and the mini cool box with water is a nice touch. We were there mid-week and the pool was a relaxing calm area. As it got to Friday you could feel a different change in vibe with more locals and kids starting to arrive as is half term in the UK. It got very busy after 11am with few sunbeds left. So if you prefer a more relaxing day around the pool weekdays are better. The complimentary refreshing soft drink was also a lovely touch. Overall an outstanding place to stay, is the height of luxury and a club room is definitely the best option to have the best luxurious stay. The average glass of wine is around £15 and Beer £10, so if you like a drink the club lounge provides great value. Thank you...we will be back!

My wife and I have just returned from a week at the Ritz Carlton Doha. From the minute we stepped into the foyer to the second we jumped in a car back to the airport, every single member of staff that we came into contact with was courteous, kind, helpful, friendly and happy. I’ve not stayed in a hotel where the entire team seem so happy to please guests. We had premier room with lounge access, and I have to say that the club lounge was the best I have been to. The entire team could not do enough in the lounge to make us feel welcome and valued. Special mention to Serti, Alexander, Sezim, Clifton, and Oussama, all of whom were wonderful. The choices and quality of drinks and food on offer was first class. The pool and beach areas were also outstanding. Comfy sun beds, plenty of shade or sun, whichever we preferred and the pool/beach team were outstanding with occasional fruit drinks or fruit skewers and plenty of ice bottled water. On our last day we were challenged to offer a crucial to help the hotel improve, and my wife and I discussed it, but all we could come up with is that the card reader sensors in the lifts could be a little more sensitive. That’s my only criticism after 7 days.

Pretty perfect stay. Breakfast is anything you want made to order. The executive lounge is truly amazing. You scan a QR code for the drinks menu. They had all sorts of food out during the lunch hours and dinner hours. My room was amazing. I’m titanium for life Bonvoy with 1,300+ stays and 20 years in the Marriott Rewards program. Top 5 hotel stays ever at Marriott.

We’ve just spent 9 nights at the Ritz Carlton in Doha. We are so very sad to leave and have truly had the most relaxing stay. We arrived and were checked in very quickly and shown our room on the 8th floor with views to the marina and the Rosewood / Fairmont hotels. Our room was spacious, had a super comfy bed, great bathroom and was spotless. This was our first time staying at the Ritz Carlton and the service was exceptional. We spent the majority of our time around the pool. Never once did we need to rush our breakfast to get a sun lounger at the pool. We cannot fault the pool guys, we were treated like royalty, a special shout out goes to Bruce, Evans, Foster, Oka and Majid. They made sure we had all the drinks we needed, checked in on us throughout the day and making our final day even more special with extra cocktails and a cake to say goodbye - it made our last day even more special. Breakfast was brilliant, so much choice - super friendly staff and service was always prompt! We went to the gym three times and the gym was the best we’ve experienced at any hotel gym around the world - it was huge and the equipment was second to none! A few places to visit - the Pearl - great place to have a range of food, drinks at the Fairmont for a view of the skyline, a boat trip at night to see the skyline from the water and the Souq! We cannot wait to visit again and will definitely recommend to our friends and family!

I normally don't stay in hotels of this standard, but the travel agency package (flight& hotel) was surprisingly affordable, so I booked 5 nights stay. The hotel is big, but you don't really feel that there are many guests, mainly because of the size of all shared spaces. The rooms and facilities inside are comfortable - although a socket close to the sink in the bathroom would really come in hand. Since there is none, you dry your hair in front of the place with a kettle and cups - not ideal. As the hotel has both an outdoor/indoor pools and the beach, it would also be great if there was a hanger on the balcony to dry the swimsuits - with 3 women in the room the hangers quickly run out :) The staff is super polite. The breakfast buffet was for me the highlight of the stay - the selection is unparalleled and the kitchen is ready to accommodate the wishes of even most delicate palate. The beach service is great - you can choose either cabana or reclining chairs, all guests get towels, mini fridge with water and - in the event they forgot - a sunscreen. Overall - the standard was really high and the guests can feel really taken care of.

Ritz Carlton - Mustapha - wow what a massage and went back for another 90 mins of sheer pleasure He knew every point to work on Professional courteous and above all 5 star
