"いつきても変わらない最高のホテル"

もう何回も宿泊しているホテルです。とにかくサービスが素晴らしい。どのスタッフも笑顔で対応してくれて、ベルスタッフが部屋まで荷物を持って案内してくれる。部屋のキーも昔ながらの鍵で、エレベーターに乗るたびかざさなくてもいい。あのシステムは以外とストレスに感じます。朝食のレストランでもスタッフ全員が笑顔で挨拶。私はあまりフレンチトーストは好きではないのですが、ここのフレンチトーストは格別です。今回もとてもおいしかったです。お部屋もいつきてもきれいに整っています。唯一、トイレとバスが一緒なので、評価は9点とさせていただきました。いつきても、いい意味で変わらないホテルです。また、伺わせていただきます。

トイレとバスが一緒の点。ただ、ユニットバスまで狭い感じはしないのでOKです。

フロントでグレードアップを勧められ、せっかくなのでお願いしました。最初から最後までスタッフの方々が感じよく、対応が素晴らしかったです。よい時間を過ごせました。 建物は古めで歴史があり、それが良さです。インテリアにアンティーク感あり、お好きな方には滞在をとても楽しめるかと思います。

"Treated like VIPs in an exceptional hotel"

My husband and I were treated like VIPs, even though we were just in a standard room. Staff went out of their way to open doors, always greet and farewell us. One even ran up and down the road trying to get us a taxi (as newly arrived cruise ship passengers were grabbing all the taxi). Room was clean, view was exceptional

The restaurants were expensive , no budget/cheaper option , not much vegetarian options.
