フロントは笑顔でこちらから声をかける前に話しかけてくれて、ドアマンは車や人の往来がない時にドアの窓ガラスを拭いたり、どの人も目が合えば満面の笑みで返してくれて、色々HOTELに行きますがこんなに気持ちの良い応対が全ての人に浸透しているHOTELは初めてです。全ての人がそれぞれの仕事を自ら進んで喜んでやってる感じが強く伝わってきて、皆様にありがとうございます。といいたいです。

特にないです。しいてあげるなら、部屋のエアコンがきかず、フロントに電話して、リモコンの説明を受けたのですが、そのリモコンが、普通のTVのようなリモコンだと思い込んでないですと言ったら、すぐ来てくれて、見てくれて、壁に設置型の手で回して温度のメモリを調整するタイプのもので、その件で何度も電話して来てもらったりしてしまったことです。大変申し訳ございませんでした。

スタッフの対応がとても丁寧でした。 部屋からの眺めも良かったです。バスルームがとても素敵でした。バスタブの外にシャワールーム、リネン類も十分に用意されていてゆっくり寛げました。夕食はル・ノルマンディでペアリングワイン付きのコースをお願いしました。前菜のビシソワーズ、メインのお肉の火入れ加減も完璧でした。 朝食はルームサービスで頂きました。希望した時間のjust on time！コーヒーは熱々、トースターまでワゴンで運んで頂き、徹底したホスピタリティを感じました。

フロントの場所が少し分かりにくかった。

"優雅な時間を過ごせたこと"

ドアマンの笑顔のお迎えから始まり、フロントでの丁寧な対応とお部屋の清潔さそしてテーブル、椅子の配置が窓に向いており５時間もコスモワールドの景色と友人とのおしゃべりができ大満足できました。またランンジでの笑顔の対応が　心地よく全てに満足しました。
