Newer property well kept and excellent amenities

Only issue so far is that I booked and paid on Booking.com and was charged again at the hotel. I trust one of these charges will go away shortly

The location was good close to the fairgrounds.

No free breakfast, I had to ask to have the rooms cleaned and the conditioner filled. I was there for 5 days

Nearly all of the staff were very competent and helpful. Place was quiet. Location good.

One front desk person not competent. Bed terribly uncomfortable. Tiny refrigerator at floor level.
