The cleaniness and how when I need to extra hours in the room yall give it to me

The Entire product is wonderfully crafted! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and welcoming! The room is such a jewel.. I hate for others to discover lol.. but safe and comfortable and most importantly Clean! The stairway was clean and falls inn makes its very easily to climb. Every time I come to high point Nc this will definitely be my first stop!

The water pressure from the shower was fantastic. It is how I’d imagine standing in front of a warm water fire hydrant would feel. The elderly man with lung cancer at the front desk in the evenings was a delite to talk with!

I’m allergic to dairy, eggs, and corn. As the breakfast had no fruits (apples/bananas), any only artificial foods such as instant oatmeal, fake syrup with generic waffle batter, and two corn cereals, there was nothing for me to eat. Literally everything available was made either with corn (i.e. corn flakes), or with corn syrup. Usually, a continental breakfast at least has a fruit basket, but not here. We asked for our room to be supplied with fresh towels after the first night. The only time we actually received fresh towels was when we went to the front desk to ask for fresh towels. At which point, we were told in future to call the front desk. Also, my wife and I both broke out in a rash after using the towels in the bathroom. The beds were very hard. The pillows were very lumpy. There was only one pillow that wasn’t lumpy. I slept better in the driver seat of the rental car than in bed at the motel. The entire motel has only 1 plunger. A clogged toilet at night meant waiting until morning because some room hadn’t returned the plunger. There were no directions as to how to get to the location through the construction. The only way to get there was to drive through closed roads.
