Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Hagerstown by IHG

Hotel is very nice with plenty of dining options around it

Their was a female staff member working the complimentary breakfast. She was rude to an elderly female guest. She did have a rude comment toward myself but I brushed it off. The comment to the elderly guest was uncalled for.

Great breakfast. Comfortable. Clean.

The price is little high. The pet fee is too much.

I liked breakfast, the pool and Jacuzzi

I didn’t like when I made my reservation. I let them know I was disable and I couldn’t walk far and they put me on the second floor and I had to walk all the way to the other side of the building I didn’t like I couldn’t get into the pool in the Jacuzzi because other family got in the pool and gotten it dirty and they had to close the pool area. It was very disappointed into that because I came to relax, and it was a Mother’s Day gift from my kids.

I had a pretty good day at this Holiday Inn. I was hauling a 40 foot trailer and it was very easy to park in the back and it was hidden so I didn’t feel like any of my tools were going to be stolen. The rooms and lobby were very clean. I walked to the mall took me like 10 minutes. My only complaint if any was the lack of options for breakfast both days I stayed were eggs and sausage. Right next-door you have a chili outback steakhouse and Buffalo wild wings and there’s a grocery store down the road for anything else you need also 10 minute walk.

Property qas very clean, room.was huge, pool and hot tub were very nice...breakfast was good and there were several dining choices very near the property..easy in and off Rt. 81 also

The price — almost $200 for 1 night in an average king room.
