"Exceptional hotel"

This hotel is really nice. We were greeted promptly with very friendly staff who got us checked in promptly and sent us to our room with a couple bottles of water and told us to pick up 2 more each day. The large lobby was comfortable as well as the breakfast dining area. The complimentary breakfast had a lot to offer including hot items. The room was huge with a king size bed as well as a large sitting area that also had a fridge and microwave. Right across the parking lot was a nice Mexican restaurant where we enjoyed a delicious dinner. The price of the hotel was exceptionally reasonable for such a nice place. We have nothing negative to say about our 3 night stay and would definitely stay here if we were in the area again. You won’t be sorry you stayed here.

"A disappointment"

Sadly, although the hotel is well kept, it lacks the qualities it had prior to the revamp. It lost the "class" of the past. The breakfast is lacking everything. Thank goodness for WaWa across the street. It gets a sorry downgrade.

Alot of thing, mostly breakfast offerings.

"Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Staff"

I had a great stay at Hyatt Place Richmond/Chester. The staff were wonderful and very welcoming. Karen checked me in and was absolutely amazing—friendly, helpful, and made the whole process quick and easy. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and overall a great experience.
