They charged me for 2 days when I checked out a day earlier. I have my gas charge in Kentucky when they are charging for the room

"Uncomfortable "

Food was unappetizing at 7:30am? Options were awful. We had to take our family out to eat. Pool was gross (they told me it was up and running), hotel smelled like marijuana and cat food. Elevator is expired. Definitely do not change comforters in the rooms. Left two days early and called it a loss. Please check before you stay.

Check in staff nice friendly and efficient. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Water was hot. Breakfast was ok.Only thing that lets this place down is that it is older in need of a freshen up

Hotel provided long-term parking at a reasonable rate, matched with an airport shuttle, which really smoothed out some travel challenges. They also provide an early breakfast. 6:00 AM; but actually started a bit earlier than that.

My family and I were just staying for one night. The room was clean. The one thing that I was disappointed in was that the shampoo bottle was empty. We didn’t get the chance to experience the pool, but it didn’t look like it was descent water quantity. The only way that I can describe it is that the water looked frozen on top. There was some sort of film-looking stuff on top the water.

Cigarettes holes in the bed quilt and it was a no-smoking room. The bathroom was not cleaned. The worker just appeared to just placed clean linen and not paid attention to detail. .deatailstw4ilet ty

"RUN AWAY! Don’t be fooled! Worst hotel ever! "

Worst hotel and owner/manager Ray wasn’t around but front desk called him and he refused to speak with me nor return my call. Check out the photos of the room we were checked into. No TV, microwave, coffee maker. No bedside lamps, no tissue paper. Mold and filth, carpet ripped and nasty. The elevator inspection dates expired. The morning coffee machine in lobby broken. Breakfast until 9am was out of almost everything at 8:30am. Front desk person said they do not replenish food. They refused to address any of my concerns. I was a late check in and had no other option but to stay one night. Run from this place. I called before booking and was told they provide airport shuttle in the mornings. When I asked in the morning I was told they no longer offer the shuttle. Worst hotel stay ever!
