I love the way the room smelling great and clean! I would come again

Checked in at 7, went to eat and came back to know there is no shamoo or conditioner after getting in the shower. No AC working. Staff said we can get shampoos tomorrow morning at 10 am when housekeeping comeback. He tried to change room, we went to the room to get horrified with someone's alcohol and clothing with TV on in the room Waited a while in hallway with kids and belongings with pajamas to get another room and that got latched from inside and couldn't open. After about 30 minutes in hallway with 2kids and wife, we finally got a room that stunk like weed and people making noise next door. It was 11.30 at night already and we had to leave early morning and we figured there is no point arguing and try to get out of there for 5 hrs of sleep. Ridiculous incident. And not to mention,smoke detectors were missing from room as well. I guess its a potheads paradise rather than hotel for families.

Absolutely terrible experience. Required a deposit per room and yet the rooms were beyond terrible. Dirty sheets, used soap bars in the shower. No working hot tub. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

The room was clean and the check in process was done fairly quickly. Just know they charge a 100 dollar deposit that is refundable either by cash or card. My biggest complaint was the pool area. The pool itself was clean but the hot tub looked absolutely disgusting and smelled like dead fish. Overall this is a decent hotel for the price but I would just make it a one night trip.

It was good on the property but everything surrounding it was unsafe

I needed somewhere to stay for a quick night and selected this location because the reviews said the hotel was clean. This hotel was not that clean. When I arrived to check in the staff member was asleep at the desk. The first room they gave us smelled really bad, honestly it reaked of urine, so I went down and got a new room. The second room did not smell, however, it could’ve been cleaner. The toilet paper that was on the holder had a slight tan/brown stain that sealed into the toilet paper, so I trashed the whole roll. I also took a photo of it. I know this property isn’t properly cleaned because I forgot my slippers and decided to just walk around the room in my socks, and my socks were filthy. I will never stay here again, I also wish people were honest. The 2 tables in the lobby had stains on them, I believe in a properly cleaned hotel, those tables would have been clean.

Recently renovated property, great modern clean rooms and service. Heated indoor Pool and spa were amazing. Shuttle was great and on time for pickup from ATL Airport.

Cront desk service was awesome. Breakfast was njot great...coffee was empty and not refilled while I was there. Not many choices of food. Area was sketchy.

It was pleasant and convenient.

Room did not have adequate lighting, telephone in room did not work,once reported to the front desk no one never came. Very noisy at night.
