Food, Ambiance and politeness of staff was extremely too good Taj Means Hospitality @ heart of the bangalore its very difficult to feel weather like coorg, really am shocked to see such cool weather all because of greenery, Taj west end is mixture of old & new, Vintage property retained with luxurious comfort, icing on the cake was three types of Restaurants all are different from each other, especially soyo and Vietnam food awesome

This is a high quality hotel. We had booked two rooms and were lucky to receive an upgrade for one of them, which was simply superb, but to be honest even the room booked would have been an experience in itself. The hotel, in the midst of the city, has the atmosphere of an oasis resort. One is unlikely to have to ask for anything here, all is available and if perchance it is not, then indeed just ask...

A beautiful, quiet hotel with an ever more quiet and sublime stay!

Good breakfast with plenty of choice in the buffet. Nice surroundings with lovely gardens. Comfortable room with good quality sheets.

We were there on Valentine's Day and all the restaurants were fully booked - nobody advised us of this when we arrived and it would have been helpful if we had been told in advance so that we could plan accordingly. Our options were to eat at the bar or have (expensive) room service - not great if you are paying a lot to stay in a 5-star property. It seemed that the hotel was more interested in serving its outside customers than its resident guests. Also there was a pile of dirty plates and half-eaten food from room service left at the bottom of the staircase where we were staying - it was not collected for more than 24 yours even though we alerted staff. This was a health hazard and could easily attract vermin. It was unworthy of a 5-star establishment like the Taj.

Absolutely fantastic property. I was genuinely blown away by Taj West End. It feels like a peaceful green oasis right in the heart of Bengaluru, with lush gardens and greenery everywhere — you completely forget you’re in the middle of a busy city. The staff were outstanding throughout my stay and I honestly cannot fault the service. A special mention to Mohamed at the concierge, who really went above and beyond. He took the time to personally show me around the property, explain its history, and made sure I felt completely looked after. That level of genuine care made a big difference. The rooms were excellent, the grounds are beautiful, and the overall atmosphere is calm, elegant, and relaxing. This is a truly special hotel and I would not hesitate to stay again or recommend it highly.

The swimming pool areas are limited and didn’t feel very inviting, which meant there weren’t many people using them. The breakfast buffet selection was somewhat limited, though it was adequate and satisfactory overall.
