Montauk Yacht Club

What began as a disappointment became a wonderful weekend thanks to the manager and staff of the Montauk Yacht Club. We were scheduled to fly into LaGuardia by 3pm on Thursday afternoon and then make the 3 hour drive to Montauk for a single nights stay and then spend a few days in Manhattan. Because of bad weather, our flight was delayed over 6 hours and I didn’t feel confident enough to make the trip late at night during very inclement conditions. I called the front desk explaining the situation and was told the manager would reach out to me the next morning to discuss options. I spoke to Mr. Kokeh the following morning and asked if he would honor our reservation for that day, Friday October 31, as we weren’t able to arrive Thursday. He agreed! The hotel property is beautiful, complete with well appointed rooms and amenities. The staff is friendly, courteous and extremely professional. I highly recommend the Montauk Yacht Club for its facilities and customer focused team!

Location location location ! We had a fabulous stay at the yacht club everything was 10/10 Eddy looked after us from the moment we arrived. Our room overlooking the harbour was lovely and super comfortable. Capt Paul took us out for tour of the harbour he was great showing us all the best spots from the private launch. Our stay was the highlight of our summer on Long Island we will definitely be back soon.

Montauk Yacht Club was impeccable in every way. The doorman with his smile, the staff at the front desk was over the top accommodating, the property was pristine and is perched on the best waterfront property, and the rooms are a fantastic size and clean. I cannot wait to return.

It is just stunning. Was October so pretty empty but wonderful views.

Restaurant & bar were not opened

Relaxing location especially off season. Recent renovation provides rooms tastefully done to reflect the feel of a yacht club location.

The check in was seamless. Recieved a complementary upgrade. Enjoyed the room. The off season is truely the new in season vacation or stay cation.

Montauk during the off season is a fabulous time to visit. We stayed at Montauk Yacht Club for the weekend. We were greeted with a welcome beverage. Check in was seamless. We loved our room and view. The staff was attentive and accommodating. The fitness room was clean and quiet. Great space to work out. The restaurant was spacious and dinner was delicious. The market was closed while we were there, but we could get coffee and water at the hotel. We walked across the street to Star Island Yacht Club for lunch. It is a short drive to the town which is where we enjoyed shopping and eating. Blue Crush was a great spot for an acai bowl and healthy snacks. We stopped at Joni’s and Bird on a Roof for breakfast. Both great spots and close to the ocean. We walked to the beach with an iced coffee from the restaurant. So very relaxing. Our weekend adventure also included a horseback guided ride to the beach at Deep Hollow Ranch. Absolutely amazing weekend overall. Montauk is beautiful at any time and we will definitely be back to Montauk Yacht Club. Loved our stay there!
