Montauk Yacht Club

Went for our first anniversary and loved a nice fall getaway in the marina. Eddie, Chance, Kieran, Michael and all the staff made for a very memorable weekend!

I’ve been coming to the club for 20 years & it keeps getting better & better. Terrific staff & service. The rooms are well appointed with nice extras like bathrobes, slippers and a well-stocked mini bar. My guest room was clean, bright & well maintained. The food was great as well! A wonderful experience. Highly recommended.

Room was a good size, well equipped and clean.

A dozen or so marketing and irrelevant emails before we arrived including a satisfaction of stay survey. No advice that the restaurant only served pizza and the season was closing. Unresponsive to requests to refund incidentals charge on card.

We wanted to experience Montauk without the summer crowds, and we decided on booking a room at the Motauk Yacht Club in early October for our stay. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with fabulous attention to detail everywhere! The room was just perfect with a balcony overlooking Lake Montauk and all the stunning yachts in the marina. The staff was exceptionally warm, friendly and accommodating, and the food was so delicious! We'll definitely be back!

I had a fantastic time! Very beautiful hotel. The GM Saye was very helpful and encouraged us to do lots of the activities.

AVOID at all costs. Staff not interested at all Had dinner at 8pm and the burgers came out without the bottom of the buns and no fries. By the time the fries eventually came after asking for them twice the burgers were cold. Then presented with our tab for dinner despite not having asked for the tab or having finished our meal or being asked if we wanted a dessert or coffees. Seriously poor. The bar was also closed after dinner at 8:45pm!! To cap it all went down for breakfast today to be told they aren’t doing breakfasts on Mondays despite us booking for 9am. Multiple other guests very unhappy too about lack of breakfast. Basically told to get lost and go into town for it. This is a seriously expensive hotel and the service is appalling. Sadly paid for tonight already or I would be checking out.
