Property was great only issue was they double charged me and they suggested I use 2 rooms instead of refunding me. Eventually my card company got it back. Other than that great stay.

The staff were all very helpful and polite.

The corridors in the bedroom areas are shabby. The resort fees are absolutely ridiculous, the adults only pool is tiny, very unsure how they justify the charge! The hotel isn't in town, you either need to have a car or use Uber, they have a complimentary car into town but not back out. I really don't think it is in any way good value for the quality or services.

This is a great place to see Montauk and enjoy great food and atmosphere. The Montauk Yacht Club made our experience very enjoyable and comfortable. The service was excellent and friendly. We would definitely recommend it.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed, with luxury toiletries. The location, on the water, is also beautiful. The restaurant was also very good.Finally, the staff was uniformly welcoming and professional.

Wonderful.... Beautiful, well-appointed room, great weather, excellent service. Delicious food in the restaurant. Staff uniformly excellent and professional. Have stayed here before, and cannot wait to return!

Lovely hotel a short drive from Montauk. Front desk were friendly. We took the 45 min free boat ride with Captain Jack and he was excellent- very informative and personable. Highlight of the stay. The restaurant was excellent as well. The angry lobster was one of the best dishes! Very clean and well appointed rooms. Great view of the water. Only advice would be to have someone servicing the beach area for towels and more space around the adult pool. Lady in the gift shop was not friendly and very rude but the store was well curated. Luggage bellman was very friendly as well

Service at the restaurant was not very good aside from that beautiful hotel and property!

We spent a Long weekend getaway here in August for my daughter’s 4th birthday. Beautiful resort overlooking the boats and yachts on Lake Montauk. The room was large sized with walkable closet space in the bathroom. Service was excellent. We enjoyed outdoor dinning and breakfast at the Ocean club with a live Dj at the bar. It was a vibrant atmosphere that was enjoyable for adults and fun for our kids (ages 2 and 4). Our friends were able to visit and join us at the pool. Kids enjoyed playing on the beach right on the calm Lake. We also enjoyed a complimentary private boat tour of the lake booked through the concierge. The Location was a nice escape from the crowd in town yet it was a convenient 7 minute drive to town where we spent some time at the beach right on the Ocean and enjoyed several dinning and shopping options.
