Montauk Yacht Club

I visit the Montauk Yacht Club at least three times a year, and every single stay is nothing short of amazing. From the moment you arrive, the staff makes you feel welcome and cared for — their warmth and professionalism truly set the tone.

Great place great time they treat you like family when you are there. From the staff to the restaurant everyone is accommodating. Waking up to the sun and boats each morning was amazing. Also the new food cart by the kids pool was a great addition

I loved it! I came with a huge group of friends and family, and the staff was extremely accomodating and kind. We continued to pop over to the front desk for any questions, concerns, or amenities we needed help with and they were very helpful each and every time. It really is a beautful place with lots of space and fun things to do. We paddle boarded, we rode bikes, hung out by the bar, and just enjoyed our stay. Our trip to Montauk would not have been the same if we stayed anywhere else.

We had such an amazing time at Montauk Yacht Club! It’s not our first time there & it definitely won’t be our last. The staff was very helpful and tended to any issue we ran into. The whole resort was incredibly clean and the surrounding scenery is breathtaking. If you’re ever going to Montauk, this is the place to stay at, whether you’re going as couples, with family, or friends.

I was so looking forward to this trip for my special birthday and my daughter's special birthday. Being together was wonderful but our experience at the yacht club was extremely disappointing. I reserved a beach front room that was quite expensive but I thought the service would be extra special. You would think at $1500/night they would provide services. Here are just a few of the problems we incurred. They only gave one hand towel and 2 bath towels so I called to ask for wash cloths and hand towels. Housekeeping goes straight to voicemail and they never call back or answer the phone. After leaving 3 messages I finally asked the front desk to get all fresh towels after showering and do turn down service. Not only do they not provide that service, they left the dirty towels on the floor in the bathroom and left clean towels on the dresser. The next major issue is that I went to open a fresh bottle of water that they provided and when I opened it I did not hear a seal break so I looked inside and did not smell water, the bottle was filled with liquor. I went down to the front desk with it and the manager's response was "oh". They showed no remorse, concern, or ask what they could do for us. Next, went to the market on the premises and bought a bag of pretzel. When I opened it they tasted stale. I looked at the expiration date and it was October 2024. Had lunch at the restaurant and ordered a chicken caesar salad and asked them to chop it. The response was "the chef will not chop salads". At $47 for a salad you would think they could do that. I made a spa appointments for both of us and was told I could not come until Thursday because they were booked. I scheduled the appointments forThursday and when we got there we were told our appointment was for Saturday, 2 days after our check out. In addition, I was told they only have 1 masseuse so I could not have made the appointment for Thursday. Turns out, the reason I couldn't come before Thursday is that they are closed Monday-Wednesday. The front desk said that I was told incorrectly that they are closed Tuesday and Wednesday. The main thing we wanted to do on our trip was to use the spa. I should have been given this information when I booked the appointments. I would never recommend anyone to go to this hotel. What a disappointment. Other guests that I spoke to felt the same way as we did.

We are a family of four, and this hotel was absolutely perfect for us. It’s very family-friendly, and the staff went above and beyond with exceptional service throughout our stay. The Ocean Club restaurant had plenty of options, even for our picky eaters, which made mealtimes stress-free. The pools and beach areas were well maintained, with great service all around. We had such a wonderful experience and will definitely be back!
