1 st floor bed frame is not good. Easily to hit legs into. Food in the restaurant expensive and very bad quality. There is a mold or something? Not sure what is it but it concerned me. Look pictures

Nice property right by the lake. Overall good experience. Lots of little things that were not up to par: Both ice makers in our building were out of order. The one water bottle filler in the facility didn’t work. Check in took a very long time.

For what you pay, i was expecting more. There's nothing really to do in the area, except the lake. And the resort has no real beach/swimming area. They have a tiny spit of sand, but no chairs there, and the water is gross (as it is in between 2 marinas). If you want to swim, you have to go elsewhere. They charge for kayak/SUP rental (what the heck is my $500/night paying for???) Pools are small, no better than what you would find at a regular hotel. No shade umbrellas. I mean, again, what am i paying resort fees for? Everything was fine, nothing was great

I love the history of Delavan Lake and the large rambling Lake Lawn resort has a big history too. Everything was convenient. Parking, food, lovely lake front. My room had a back door to the lawn. I got lost a couple times but found maps and people to set me straight. Staying at Lake Lawn is something of a time warp vacation and very lovely, unique, memorable, and mid west. Great for whole families making new memories!
