Place was an unusual set up. Staff were nice. We had no HOT water and guy had to play with it in order for one of us to get a hot shower in.

Helpful staff, convenient to Rhode Island beaches, free breakfast.

We stayed here for a night in Westerly. The lady at checkin was nice, pleasant and welcoming. They offer a free limo shuttle to Foxwoods every 20minutes or so til 3am for free (just tip the driver) which was nice although we didn’t use but will someday. The grounds are pretty well kept. The room was a little dated but was nice, clean and spacious with a clean fridge and microwave. The fire pit area and tables were nice, we enjoyed a late night drink by the fire with few others which was nice. It’s not a 5 star place but reasonably priced for area and clean. It’s convenient to highway and surrounding areas and in a quiet location surrounded by trees. Will definitely go back and stay again

Nonsmoking room reserved, but it wasn’t available when we got there. The staff helped giving us breeze to reduce the smelling, but that’s all.

The room was not properly cleaned. TOWELS were so dark and over used. Room smells old and cigarette smoke. Not good for family vacation. Don’t get breakfast you will just be disappointed.

It was fair for the price. The breakfast had no eggs nor meat. My room had a distinct odor, most likely animal odor as I saw many family staying with the dogs. Room's walls were so thin that I could hear the conversation from the next door. Plus, squeaky sounds from the upstairs didn't help me to get a good sleep.

Needs a good cleaning and painting and new toilets . Customer service was good
