Love the hot tub. I would stay again!

Woke up at 1 am to water pouring in from our ceiling. Called and was told to come pickup another key, acted like it regularly happens as no one showed up to help us. Even our personal items got wet. Within 5 minutes the floor was totally covered in water is how bad is was coming through our ceiling.

Not sure where to start! Stains on the walls, chipped toilet, huge dust clumps in the ceiling, no end table, tub creaked as standing while taking a shower, sheets felt damp all the time.

Check in was easy and staff friendly. The property is outdated but that never bothers us. Unfortunately there was significant mold on the ceiling of the room and bathroom. The floor appeared to not have been cleaned. Not a comfortable stay

The room was bad with small black ants all over the floor and the bathroom door wouldn’t close. However the lady at the reception was very nice to help cancel the room since there were no other rooms available.

The suites are almost bungalow style. We were able to leave the door open to our room while taking in a jacuzzi

Dusty around furniture and bed areas. A bug ran across our pillows. Microwave was dirty and mold was growing inside.

Excellent staff who went out of their way to help us when we found ourselves without accommodation as the motel we had booked was filthy.

Room was outdated and not very clean. Bathtub was dirty and cobwebs/spiderwebs in bathroom. If staying in the area opt to pay more somewhere else for a better quality stay. Room also smelled moldy/musky like no one has stayed in it for quite some time.
