Cedar Park Whirlpool Suites

It’s charming and has so much potential. However, I was really disappointed with the cleanliness of our room. My granddaughter’s little feet turned black just from walking around inside, which was quite shocking. It’s a clear sign that housekeeping needs to be more thorough. I hope this can be addressed, as it really affects the overall experience.

Great stay, clean, and lots of activities near by

Bug infested, dirty sheets, mice droppings in refrigerator. Front counter was nice however he gave me a refund no questions asked.

I spent 1 day it's wasn't bad. The place was clean. And they had free breakfast nothing big bagels, english muffins,waffles, and cereal and coffee that about it. It was good. 18 minutes from the beach.

Property old and run down. Had a leak in the ceiling and poor response from the staff. Asked for refund and was told to call the manager the following day. Only perk to this place is the free limo service to the casino. Otherwise, pick another place to stay.

The place looks nice in the pictures but looks can be deceiving. There was only 2 outlets for our phones, and no bedside table or outlet for a medically necessary CPAP machine. Upon check in we found a previous tenants bag of fast food garbage left behind the TV and the bathroom was not cleaned it looked like. The towels were not hung nicely, the hair dryer was not put back away from last tenant.also the bathroom door does not close. Not convenient when you want privacy to go to the bathroom. Overall not a hotel I would ever recommend for someone to stay in.

The staff was super friendly and welcoming. I liked the availability of the limo service to the casino. I didn’t like that the dust ruffle was torn, the rooms looked old and poorly lit and the breakfast options were below standards.
