Cable Beach Club Resort & Spa

The resort is perfectly located and absolutely beautiful. The adults only pool was perfect with live music in the afternoon. Restaurants are pricey, breakfast at sunset bar and grill isn’t worth it. Better off walking to the Cable beach House or the Zookeepers. If you book a pool terrace studio ask to be in the corella wing. We were in eucalyptus and our sun lounges were not usable during our stay as they were wet from the overnight dew and wouldn’t dry until late afternoon. The corella rooms had full sun from early morning and seemed to dry by midday. Cichetti is a great restaurant the food was Devine. Sunset bar and Grill was nice for an evening drink with live music each night. The rooms themselves could do with an update, particularly the bathrooms.

Great facilities and close to cable beach and local bus stop.

The room we were in had a lot of dust and unclean floors in the toilet and shower region. This may have been a one off sutuation. The room was created. Drangonfly Lucky we asked ( not advised or offered) about shower facilities after checkout. ( 2pm flight-10am checkout).Needed to book a shower room. The poor guests after us how did not know about the booking system were required to leave the resort bound for Brisbane covered in sand.

Loved the concept of the tropical gardens and layout. Amenities great, beds comfortable and clean. Staff excellent and were extremely accommodating.

The property looking a little tired, could do with a refurbishment.
