Staying at the hotel and charged to park the car not mentioned when booking as would have gone elsewhere.

Pleasant lady on check in, but we were hit with a £20 fee for our dog and £5 for parking. If these were made more obvious on Hotels.com we wouldnt have booked, because a more luxurious hotel would have been available for the total price. Comfy bed though and very clean.

Hotel chosen to visit family locally. It’s on a small service station. Hotel in reasonable condition and staff friendly enough. After first day when coming back to room we found room not cleaned and learned afterwards cleaning is not done as default, you have to hang sign on door to request it. This is not obvious although hotel provided some posters around and QR code to access the list of services. Our hotel room overlooked the adjacent petrol forecourt and service yard with skips. We were awoken several times by noise and announcements over a PA from petrol forecourt and also by a lorry coming to empty said skips. Room has no aircon - just desk fan. Hotel ok for quick stop over.

Great experience Great bed. Good sized room and excellent on value and cleanliness , we used our room as a doggy and family stay over and it was great , the room had tree views , and allot of grass and country walks around our ground floor room

Room a bit tired and could do with a bit of decorating. I shared the room with a few cockroach/beetle-type critters, and the placement of the toilet under the wash basin was a bit bizarre, but those little irks, and the very hard mattress, was outweighed by having a Greggs in the lobby.

I had a very pleasant stay at Days Inn Donnington. The check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff provided friendly, helpful service. The hotel was clean and well-kept, with a tidy appearance and a comfortable guestroom. The free light breakfast and reliable internet were nice touches. I also appreciated the good value for money, convenient services for essentials, and easy parking. Overall, a great, hassle-free experience.

Shower was great when i could get it working, a bit stiff to turn the handle

There was a fan and it helped but it wasn't enough. The room was just too hot to bear
