Really clean very friendly staff. A lady at front i believe her name is Daniela and she was fantastic couldn't do more then enough for me, would recommend to stay.

A shame that you pay to park.

Very poor hotel, the room was dated and had a musty smell, the website is also purposely misleading for the below reasons The “breakfast” shown on the website as a full cooked breakfast is actually just a small lunch box containing cereal, flapjack and a pastry - not what we expected!! There is also a car park charge of £5 again no mention of this on the website Overall very disappointed with the stay and I paid £20 for 3 breakfast and expected a full cooked but was offered a small pre packed box instead This company is purposely misleading and we will not be staying again

Good location, comfy beds. No plug sockets near any beds at all. Extremely disappointed as Paid for breakfast for me and my daughter, only to find out they don't do a hot breakfast of any kind, which was not detailed before booking, definitely not worth the extra money for a cold breakfast which we didn't have. Will not be booking at this place again

External Ventilator Very Noisey, it started at 5am! I was in room 106. Besides that the staff were lovely, very comfortable bed and very clean room. Such a shame I could not sleep for the noise.

Once again a very friendly welcome by a familiar face Jude. Stayed whilst apparently there was a festival on local. With people seeming happy with the service they received. Checked out by the manager Denise who is always cheerful and she speaks highly of her staff and always asks how our stay is. Nothing is too much trouble for her. From filling my drinks bottle to making sure I have enough teas and coffees. She even offered me a complimentary coffee to go with the basic box breakfast. (It’s just instant but the thought does count ). On check out you see familiar staff who seem to do many jobs and are always friendly and try and help no matter how busy they are. Even though dated it’s clean, the staff are friendly and that more than makes up for the decor Will always stay when travelling for work

Extra charge for parking. Really annoying as this is not made clear and used as a tool to get direct bookings. First room Iwas shown stank of stale smoke. Replacement room very good Receptionist excellent

The hotel was passable, and if it wasn't for the staff it would be a negative review. Rooms needs updating, a TV bigger than a large laptop would be nice. Some suitcase stands would be nice. Some softer pillows are needed. Convenient location, great staff, and clean are it strong points

Despite arriving rather late, I received a very friendly welcome. The room was basic but had everything you’d need for an overnight stay. What makes this hotel an excellent place to stay is the really helpful staff. It’s the small things like helping you with your luggage and providing a wake up call by knocking on the door. Thank you again to Sian for the very friendly and helpful checking in experience.
