Amazing location, good gym, very spacious rooms and lovely bar staff.

You have to request house keeping, it wasn’t that clean in the room

Beautiful properly that has been very thoughtfully decorated.

I thought the room smelled very musty and it really triggered my allergies. I feel like the rooms could use a more thorough clean.

Room layout and location.

Lacking amenities including: parking, bell hop, housekeeping, room service, dining, or other. There is a tiny pool and happy hour drink service. Limited breakfast (better off walking to State St.). They are charging $1000 a night for a 3-star motel experience. Cleanliness was a problem - there was a band aid on the carpet when we first walked in and our bathroom floor had not been cleaned and had a LOT of long black hair all over it. I had to clean the bathroom myself because there was no housekeeping after 2 or 3 p.m. The bathroom sink was slow to drain and smelled of sewage - reported but never fixed. The parking garage is too small to accommodate the number of rooms so we had to find street parking multiple times. The aesthetic of the place is cute but it really is like a 3-star motel (and I say motel because all entrances are outside and we had to carry our bags up a flight of stairs). I can't figure out how they are getting away with charging as much as the Ritz Carlton for what amounts to a very nice motel.

Everything. Location, the tasteful design, the staff were so accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we had an enjoyable stay.

Nothing.

De inrichting, mooie leuke lobby en hoe het was ingericht. De fietsen die het hotel had, waren goed en was leuk om te doen.

Wij hadden een extra bed op de kamer wat een air matras was, dat was leeg gedurende de nacht. Dat was niet goed in orde. Ook het ontbijt start niet eerder dan 08:00 uur in de ochtend, als je vroeg op pad wil om activiteiten te doen, mis je dus het ontbijt.

Amazing stay at Palihouse Santa Barbara! The decor is beautiful, staff is so friendly and helpful, the room was clean and quiet- just what I needed to recharge. Love the lemon and cucumber water in the lobby and the huge bathtub in the room. The shower is also heaven!

Newly remodeled rooms that were very comfortable.

A little pricey for the rooms.
