Pretty dirty and I believe many people are living here It was a little scary for my daughter and I since the front desk closes early opens late and is locked up We left at 9 am and the desk wasn’t open to check out or get a receipt

it was right on interstate (25 yards away) so traffic noise was very bad. seemed like only 1 employee, constantly had sign on desk of being right back. desk was closed at checkout (8am).

Horrible! Nothing like pictures. Smells and you feel uncomfortable with how filthy the whole hotel is. Nothing positive.

Bugs and so odor.

Checkin around 11:00 since we drove 11 hours there. Front staff was out smoking, didn’t come in until she was done. Acted like she was put out because we were checking in. She was in her pajamas so that’s unprofessional and she gave us door keys, they worked for one room, the other they didn’t and trying to find her again was impossible. Finally had to call the hotel on my cell and talk to customer service

Dirty carpets , found hair in the bed..Not clean

Room was clean and orderly. It did need another nightstand. There was only one.

It was better than expected except for 1 bar of soap for 2 people, had to grab soap from sink to shower then back to sink.

Handicap on 2nd floor? How would disabled folks get out if elevators are not working and can not roll down the stairs? Won't be back until handicapp with service dog are able to be on ground floor.
