Hilton Vacation Club Daytona Beach Regency

I stay here every year w my kids and husband its my home away from home when my son had a seizure and we almost lost him they gave me a week free so i could remain close to my son cause im originally from ohio

Bed and pillows were VERY comfortable ; suite was wonderful—more like an efficiency apartment, very clean. The shower stall needs a safety bar—the bars on the shower doors are NOT safety bars. We were disappointed that breakfast isn’t offered—had breakfast at the diner across the street.

Staff was very good all around.

Very close to everything and good distance in between nightlife.

It wasn’t the cleanest in the bathroom also floor had some stains on it

Booked 2 rooms room 1 ac was leaking all over rug in bedroom floor wet had to move us get settled in then tv not working Room 2 ac not working good warm but late needed to sleep outside area nice but still construction going on Hot tub pool could be cleaned better was slimy feeling Next time I’d try different hotel

Cockroach found in bathroom! TV didn’t function. Bathroom faucet leaked black mold under sink!

Perfect location

At the booking says it was free parking, but then you are obliged to pay a “ resort fee “ when I asked what was that about, they said parking, WiFi and supplies for the pool area, like towels…. It doesn’t seem right, at every place that I stayed WiFi and towels were free, but saying that it’s free and then charging for everything as a resort fee? I felt scammed

All was good, only issues, older lady at front counter seemed rude at check out? Also parking kind of an issue? Should tell people of underground parking who have smaller cars as customers with trucks have no parking as lot is completely full! Off season also? Can’t imagine during high season!
