The beds were tiny, the car park was empty and outside yet we had to pay $15 per night for the accommodation. The hotel is on a busy road and is noisy. The hotel is dated and needs renovating. The restaurant stuffed up our orders and it took 1.5 hours to receive a main for dinner.

Friendly greeting. Room was large and clean

It was convenient, price was good and had everything we needed

The property was like previous 5 star properties we have stayed at the entrance was spacious parking was reasonable price the room was larger then expected and the bed very comfortable we will stay again

The bathroom was very old dated and I didn’t realise I’d booked a disability access room but the shower floor was very slippery only other thing was the concierge that checked us in had a very strong accent I found hard to understand but he was very polite and helpful

Rooms are nice

Staff not following agreed instructions and 2 incidents of staff walking into our room unannounced and scaring my partner while she slept in the dark. It’s not the first time and enough is enough, it’s been raised to the hotel for zero reply to rectify my frustrations and entice me to return

Clean and roomy, nice dinner

Cold showers and a bed that was so hard we ended up three in a bed together. Worst nights sleep in forever. Somehow we ended up in a disability accessible room we didn’t ask for that didn’t have the bath pictured in our booking and the shower was just luke warm. Lovely staff and very clean but we won’t be back.
