"Lots of hidden charges"

Plenty space in front of the hotel and it was in factory area. However the hotel still charges customer for parking. The hotel is money-greedy. Also no bottle water provided in the room

"Nice rooms no restaurant!!"

Location was good and room was clean.

Was given voucher for the restaurant and told it closed at 9pm. Upon walking down to the restaurant at 730 pm was told it was closed and offered a bar menu with limited options and options that would have been heated in mircowave. Upon check out this issue was dismissed with no consideration for us.
