People were friendlyRestaurant was very good. Room very clean. Great setting in downtown, but parking an issue. Difficult maneuvering the cart Breakfast was excellent Wonder if back was entrance, it would be easier

"Comfortable, friendly & accessible stay"

The employees were friendly, the bed was comfortable, the food was nice (the access to 24/7 coffee/tea/cocoa was sweet), and the location was perfect. The building is quite old, of course, the floors a little uneven, etc., and with its age came some issues with the a/c & heat (the fan had to run 24/7 and left us with dry throats in the am). We had a very prompt response with the friendly maintenance worker, but alas they weren't able to fix the issue during our two-day stay.

"Excellent stay as always!"

A super 4 night stay in beautiful Central Square of Keene, NH. Exactly the break this exhausted teacher needed for her April vacation. Walking distance to great restaurants and the Colonial Theater (saw a show, too!) The staff, without exception, is friendly, kind and helpful. I come here about twice a year to “get away” and have always enjoyed the amazing service, comfort to which you are treated at the Keene Fairfield.

clean. friendly staff.

the parking situation is less than ideal. had issues with the tub draining properly. could use a fan in the sleeping area of the suite not much of the ac makes it back that far.

"Beautiful hotel with questionable parking"

Everything, except for parking...see below. Beautiful almost floor to ceiling windows overlooking the cute downtown. Very large room with sitting chair and ottoman. Convenient frig and microwave. Breakfast was phenomenal with plenty of hot and cold items. Never saw so many variety of milks offered before. Coffee very good for a hotel.

Very difficult to maneuver luggage from parking garage behind hotel to the actual hotel. Parking garage was all steps..no elevator. Was told to park in front of hotel...think double park to load up cart and then repark in the garage.

Parking wasn't convient to move luggage. Room did not get cleaned the next day. Room didn't look like the pictures. Room was clean and the location is great, just a bit pricey
