Bathroom had not been cleaned, specifically bathtub. However front desk was shocked and upgraded and moved us to a bigger and better room as most housekeeping had left for the day.

Hot springs are definitely the attraction. The trail nearby the town as well.

Could use an overall glam up. But still very comfortable and reliable.

Great location, easy to find, and comfortable beds.

The hotel is looking a little tired. It feels slightly old-fashioned which may appeal to some. It is certainly quaint but I believe it's time for a bit of a refresh or makeover for the bedrooms which would improve the experience.

It was old hotel and no maintenance . The Room so small and very old facilities . The pools not clean .lift broken .
