Harrison Hot Springs Resort & Spa

This resort is not well maintained. The carpets are smelly like a century old Hotel. The steam room has broken lights where the air comes in, so no not at all. They never said about a resort fee when I checked it. Even though I paid when booking. When checking out they charged me CAD$30 without explanation. This is outrageous. I don't recommend staying at this Resort, better go somewhere else.

A great location

The hotel itself is in dire need of a total and complete renovation. The place is like stepping back in time. Extremely dark and depressing corridors. Ancient (but not antique) furniture in the rooms. The hot springs area incl. changing rooms and steam rooms are falling apart. This place is way overpriced for the quality delivered. Oh and the many miserable faces of the staff who in the large part didn't care to greet us or smile when passing. Possibly the worst hospitality experience of our two weeks travelling through BC

My experience with this resort was extremely disappointing. While my vehicle was parked in the resort's valet area, it was damaged by another guest's vehicle. Accidents can happen, but what has been most frustrating is the resort's complete lack of response afterward. I contacted the resort to report the incident and request assistance, but despite multiple attempts, I received no meaningful response or follow-up. As a guest, I expected the resort to at least acknowledge the situation, communicate with me, and explain how they intended to handle the matter. The damage to my vehicle was upsetting, but the poor customer service and lack of accountability were even more disappointing. A resort of this caliber should take guest concerns seriously and respond promptly when incidents occur on its property. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this resort and would encourage management to improve its communication and customer service practices.

Nice pools. Beautiful outdoor area

The room does not have any main lamps in the ceiling. Breakfast was not included. It was very expensive for the quality of the room
