The apartment looked over Hindley Street. The nightclubs were open until 6.00am in the morning and the music and underlying thump, thump, thump kept us awake all night.

Staff very unhelpful no milk in the fridge went to call reception phone in room didn't work as did the tv and AC/heater called on mobile wa told come down get milk no help was blood on our quilt cover
