Very blunt and rude Chinese dude on the desk, spoke to me like I was stupid even though I followed his instruction which were incorrect. Besides that great room and location.

Three bedroom apartment was a good size

The location was terrible. Loud music from nearby venues blasted until 4am Friday and Saturday night. Parking was very limited. Not enough glassware for number of guests. Very stingy supplies such as toilet paper and dishwasher detergent.

"first time i have been disappointed in this hotel."

the bed was big and comfortable and a good sized tv. Usually my go-to place to stay but this room was terrible!

the view was of a wall and a dirty ally way. the room was not cleaned when arrived, there was rubbish in the couch, the bathroom floor was full of hair and dirt, the light switch was broken, the lamp was broken, the bedding had a brown stain, ended up checking out a day early.
