That’s usually my go to place

This time they had to move me due to a power outage which is fine except they put us in a unit where the heater was on 24/7. We couldn’t even change it because it would go back to the heat setting. Never had this experience like that with them so I’m so disappointed. I know the staff were trying their best due to coachellla weekend.
