The springs were great

The room 222 is right above the laundry room so it is ridiculously loud and shaking our beds. I was being harassed by one of the owners. Said they would refund my night and never did. Called the cops on me for parking on a pubic road.

The pools are the big attraction here, and I keep coming back for them. They also have a full menu of affordable dining options, shops in case you forget your bathing suit, and spa services. I enjoy the somewhat retro feel as well as the location convenient to Palm Springs and Joshua Tree.

Great pool area, clean and uncrowded. Resteraunt had great food for chrap prices. Room was spacious and comfortable. Room rate was very affordable

Hotel is a bit older but that is not a problem. Rooms are spacious and there are 7 swimming pools (one big in the middle of the patio and a few small and 2 hot tubes). Water is warm in each swimming pool, with different temperature. Even if it is 60-70 F outside, you can soak in there for a while. Beautiful surrounding with palms and snowy mountains.

There are no wardrobes in the rooms, so everyone is going to the pool with just a towel. Coming back in cold night is not a nice experience

DO.NOT.GO! The place is far from a resort. It’s dirty, outdated and the service is severely lacking. At best this is a Motel. A run down one! There is no Miracle to be found there. The room upgrade smelled like cheap antiseptic cleanser you find in a dive stop. The toiletries are a joke. The natural springs … they’re hot tubs that will keep you reeking of chlorine 24 hours and 2 showers later. No drink to be had for adults after 9pm. The whole place is like the worst version of the 80s. People leaving dishes in the hallway that stay there all night. No staff comes through the pool areas. No towel service at pool side. Save yourself the money. This is the worst hotel I’ve seen and we travel a lot
