Great place. Clean . Friendly staff.

Freeway noise is bad.

The location is a few blocks from a Regional Transit stop. Staff showed great hospitality and gave a warm welcome. The room was comfortable and extra blankets were provided. Staff were accomodating when I unfortunately had to check out early due to an emergency at home.

Location is a little far from downtown but the bus service is good.

I didn’t like it at all! From checking in, to mode of payment, to the receptionist. A terrible experience

Do not be fooled by the low ratings from years ago. Obviously there is a new ownership. Well maintained, clean, freshly painted rooms. Has all amenities (including fridge, microwave, hair drier, iron, ironing table, clean new towels, renovated bathrooms, usb chargers at the wall, good tv channels etc.). Very friendly staff. Location is generally good, but is between 2 freeways, so if someone is very light sleeper it may be a problem. However, the windows are apparently insulated so the noise was minimal and did not bother us. Good value for everything you need. Strongly recommended.

The only minor thing was that the flooring is a bit worn, but are very clean and this is what matters.
