Locations was great and convenient; 5 min drive to/from San Juan Capistrano. Management was very nice and informative. Room was better than expected, and clean.

Our room was very close to the In-N-Out; which made for some noises.

Beds comfortable

Floors were dirty. Not mopped. Toilet seat lid loose and wobbly. Pinching underneath. No coffee machine with condiments.

It honestly felt like I was staying at one of the hotels where they were Housing the homeless. People banging on my door at 12 o’clock at night and you couldn’t get any sleep with the traffic from the freeway..
