The building, room, furnishings and surroundings are lovely, very Key West. Staff were very helpful, the pool area is very nice. Location was 10 mins from Duval, 15 to Mallory. we had a lovely time.

Too many guests bang and crash about which spoils the quiet feel of the place, not the hotels fault, and we know it's Key West and the price is very high so do you get value for money? Note it was advertised with breakfast on booking.com but as of January 26 no breakfasts are served just free tea and coffee from the reception.

I didn't quite like anything there.

The place is nothing like the photos. There is no actual breakfast included; instead, you're sent to a remote bakery with a mere 10% discount for sugary pastries, and there's nowhere to even sit down. It's a total scam. The room is hideous and loud, facing a busy street, and the AC is so old and noisy that sleep is impossible. It’s also far from the center. I strongly advise against staying here.

Location was good.

Room had fair amount of humidity with loud air conditioner difficult to control temp. They left two waters on bedside table that had a $5 stamp on it. When I returned one stating we didn’t want it, they charged me for it anyways after check out. $10 plus tax on one water my husband drank before seeing the cost. Manipulative and over priced.

Reservation stated Breakfast was included but upon arrival they told us they no longer provide breakfast.

L'emplacement et la piscine même si elle est assez petite et peu au soleil

L'absence de petit déjeuner alors qu'il était compris dans notre prestation ( et ce n'est pas un bon de 10€ en dédommagement à la boulangerie qui suffit ). Et la suite familiale très sombre, donnant directement sur la rue et surtout pas adapté pour 4. Impossible de manger car pas de table, ni de chaises ( juste des fauteuils ) et le minimum en cuisine. Nous n'y retournerons pas malgré son très bon emplacement

Pool was small. Office hours could be extended, never could get back for happy hour. Parking was hard to find.

All is good .Free parking easy to find.

Ther is no load off place for laguages in front of the hotel . Must be quick
