The staff were so welcoming and friendly, little touches like the “wrecked lemonade” in the afternoon was cute. Lee was amazing our favourite - she brought the vibes!

Banheiro ok, cama nada confortável, piso sujo e o pior não tem café da manhã no local conforme anúncio, dei prioridade na reserva pela comodidade e paguei por isso, e tive que pagar novamente na padaria, a pousada tem o gift de 10% de desconto no gasto com café, ou seja mais U$ 20,00 e não tem espaço para sentar, não é pelo custo mas pelo desconforto, para fecha com chuva com café em mão fomos pro quarto que tem um péssimo acesso de escadas descoberta.

Good location. Quiet. Small room but comfortable bed.

There is no parking on-site, and finding a spot nearby is very difficult. Reception hours are too limited and should be extended. The 'included breakfast' is a little misleading—it’s just free coffee and tea in the lobby. Additionally, the Wi-Fi is a public city network that doesn’t work in the rooms or outside.

I really like Lee, at the Key West, on Eaton Street. Lee is really welcoming. It felt like I knew her. What a great person you have working for you.

It would have been nice to have a small freezer in the fridge. Also, to have a small microwave. Other than that, it's a great place to be.

Quirky little room, not the most modern but clean & comfortable. Great location a short walk from the marinas and Duval St. Very pleasant checkin staff, and bonus free drink in the lobby each afternoon! Lovely chilled out pool area around the back. We'd be happy to stay again.

Not an issue with the accommodation, but the parking situation is tough. We drove around for 20 minutes trying to find a space and ended up 3 blocks away - most spaces are resident permits. That's Key West for you!
