Great location, central to everything the Perth CBD has to offer. Friendly and helpful staff

Very old facilities. The bath was spongy underneath, the bathroom ceiling dirty and poorly repaired, there was hair all over the electrical tags on lamps and they only cleaned the room on request

The manager agreed to accept a free cancellation.

The $200 security deposit was not made clear on the listing page for this property - it was hidden under additional info and only visible when the section was expanded. The property does not offer any room service or other additional services and so $200 taken as a charge seemed unreasonable particularly when not clearly disclosed upfront. Had I seen the details of the charge, I would not have booked this location.

We have stayed at these apartments on several occasions as it is a great location, central and convenient for our needs - walking distance to transport (the Cat), restaurants and convenience stores.
