Central location. They assume a key code system that allowed us access when we arrived late. They provided baggage storage the day we checked out.

The rooms are very basic. The panelling in the bathrooms are chipboard and damaged.

The staff on the front desk can't remember his name he has glasses was very helpful and understanding

Dirty plates, bowls ,cutlery, pots and bath. Oven didn't work. Dirty bath. Hairdryer set on fire. After hours number which goes to Melbourne lady each time kept talking over me and was rude and blunt. Online says a coffee pod machine but only had a kettle and coffee sachets. Compendium is out dated and so is online and there is no restaurant or room service aswell like it said online. Told the after hours lady about my issues and said I expect compensation $ as I couldn't use the oven facilities.

I left my smart watch in the room but when I rang they said it wasn’t there after it was cleaned but I don’t have it with me. Hard to find somewhere to eat at night. Shower over bath Could hear the neighbours at all hours of the night.
