"Absolutely perfect"

Stunning location and absolutely beautiful hotel. We have stayed a few times now and the service and staff are perfect!

Nothing One small issue. The fire alarm went off during the night and everyone had to go outside. A member of staff came to the door and just said false alarm and disappeared

Location was outstanding.Food was good .Staff friendly.Cleanliness needs to be addressed

Empty glasses and plates left on tables.Tables that were cleared were not cleaned.Had to ask for a table to be cleaned before we ate.

"As good as usual bar the sock"

Great hotel in a wonderful setting

I was travelling with my dog who found somebody else’s sock in the room. Made me think the room hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly
