"Lovely hotel in beautiful Niagara on the Lake"

We recently stayed at Queens Landing Hotel, and we loved it. It was quiet, not too busy, being off season, and during the week. It's location is perfect, just 10 minutes walk to the main street. The staff was efficient and friendly. Our King room was gorgeous, really clean, and the bed was comfortable. The building itself is very nice, and the setting around it is beautiful, park like. There are plenty of parking spaces. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and we plan on going back.

friendly staff overall , comfort, cleanliness

unfriendly receptionist , had a difficult time finding room , there was a convention crowd in the restaurant on Tuesday night and it was like trying to enjoy fine dining in a high school cafeteria

Clean comfortable with everything working Room service top notch

Art work water colour paintings don't suit anything about the beautiful building. Hallways could be brighter lighting. Posted photos make the property appear grand and large overlooking the Harbour not the Harbour storage lot.
