I like the location, the room was comfortable and so was the bed.

The devil is in the detail. The front desk staff did not advise that there was coffee at reception, this would have saved me several detours. As well, the shuttle service was lacking horrible! Everything about it. Waited 20min when he said 5, I was hanging on in seat as he drove too fast, he dismissed the feedback and kept talking and talking. It was highly unpleasant.
