Lobby was dirty, peeling wall paper, pool and hot tub not operating. Garbage cans over flowing when we arrived still overflowing when we left! Management not friendly, would have left but basically no where else to go.

Huge pot hole in parking that had to stakes in it to warn you. Walked into lobby with a sign stated they were busy and to call one of two numbers. When you call the numbers nobody answers them. Hotel had a dark and dreary interor. Ceiling tiles were taped together instead of replaced. Pool was being worked on water out and being repaired according to front desk guy.

Sheets were clean, towels were clean and there was NO bed bugs..all positives. However, the hotel is very much in need of some major repairs and deep cleaning. Pool is still out of order. If you have any allergies or asthma you should NOT stay here. The hotel is loaded with mold. I believe to the level it could be a major health risk. I am actually considering calling the health department because it was so bad in our room.

The hotel was clean. In my room the extra security lock was broken. The main light switch wouldn’t turn on.

WiFi didn’t work. When we arrived and went to our room on the second floor the hallway was hotter then outside (temps in the upper 90’s that day.) the room was also hot. The thermostat was set on heat. Called the front desk, we got moved to a room on the first floor (which was stuff but not hot). The thermostat in this room was also set on heat and the room was hot. If they know that there will be guests, they should turn the AC on if it is hot. I don’t want to wait until the room is cool to go to bed. The only staff I have seen is the manager who checked us in on Friday. Have not see seen any cleaning staff. There are always people having to wait at the front for the manager. There is a piece of paper to call a phone number to call, explaining that he needs to go go the bathroom (tacky). We can connect to the WiFi, but can’t get to any websites. There were ants on the counter in the breakfast area. The yogurt was in a pan of cool water, the ice must have melted. There was on bar of soap for the sink and tub. Our room was clean.

Dirty. Unsecured building all exterior locks broken. Pool still not fixed after 3 years. No coffee, Kleenex,cups, etc in room. Said out of coffee packs. Paid in advance for 4 nights orvwould hVe left after 30 mins. Wanted ground floor said didn’t have any. Place was empty all nights.

We stayed for one night after playing on the lake with friends. Arrived ~10 pm EST. Heard a crunching noise while parking the car, but couldn’t see what it was because the parking lot isn’t well-lit. No one was at the front desk. Man appeared from the lounge to check us in- he had been sitting in the pitch black area, playing on his phone. Room was fine- clean and simple. The A/C was completely off and it was in the upper 80s, so it took the room a bit to cool down. Beds could stand replacing- there are divots in the mattresses. Was going to go to the pool in the AM (the reason we booked this hotel) but it was closed and drained. Grabbed breakfast (included and exactly what I expected) in the AM before checking out. No one was at the desk for a half hour plus, so we left our room key and headed out. In the parking lot, I saw what had made the crunching sound the night before- a very large, deep pothole about the size of a manhole and ~2 feet deep. If you just need a place to sleep (which we did), it’s fine.

Was ok. Pool always never available due to being worked on. We would stay more if it were working.

There was no one at the desk. Waited about 15 minutes. Was not greeted with a smile or apology. No water in the pool. The TV wasn't working. The desk clerk came promptly. Fixed it. Again no friendliness or smile. The room was clean enough. The beds were comfortable enough.
