Read the letter I mailed Friday July 5th. Not good

Arrived at hotel and did not have our reservation even with our itinerary from Travelocity. Left and booked elsewhere with Hotels.com

Just a horrible experience. Leaking roof, smelly room, empty pool, garbage bins full an floating around outside. Internet works only on selected sites. Non sites that contains shopping can be accessed. I was only able to access selected newspapers, all other was censored.

Service was the worst. Waited 20 minutes for someone to even come to the desk to check me in. I tried to call while stand there waiting and so one answered. It just rang and rang. Tons of remodeling and trash was everywhere. Very dirty everywhere you went. Wasn't comfortable staying there. Left after an hour and found another place to stay Will never ever go back.

Not a clean hotel - room smelled funny but if they smell smoke they will charge you. Pot hole in the lot you could lose a small child in without even a cone near it for safety. Definitely not worth the money -

Room had cob webs. Room had half used shampoo. Pool and hot tub were closed and we were notified of this prior to stay. Juice machine had bugs in it. Hot water dispenser off of coffee pot had so much line scale build up I had chunks in y cup and if took forever to fill my 12 ounce cup from the build up. Front desk dude was very nice.

The location was good. There was not a lot of staff present. I stopped by the front desk a couple times and no one was there. I called the front desk and no answer. When I was able to speak to the 1 person on call - they were a big help and kind. I had to ask for items that were not within the room. The pool was under construction.

Need a lot of updating especially for a Monday night price of $100. Many areas have had water damage and need repair, my toilet trickled water and kept me awake until I shut the bathroom door. The WiFi didn't work, had to use my cell phone as a hot spot despite 4 different secure options to connect, none of them had real connections. To their credit the room was clean. Their big advantage of being right in town is reduced by the above flaws and it didn't used to be this way in the past.

Very friendly staff. Downside, pool was down getting repainted.

Just need a place to sleep. Was clean enough. No pool but didn’t want one.
