Staff was friendly however shower/tub was dirty, lights didn’t work off the switch and there was no clock in the room otherwise everything else was good.

For the amount of money i spent i expected more like a microwave and coffee maker the room or an elevator.

The beds were comfortable, the A/C cold and the location was convenient. My ranking could easily be better with three changes: I would prefer if they would lock the key access outside doors at night, clean the parking areas of trash, and if they would clean the floor and empty the trash periodically in the area where the complimentary breakfast was served. None of these affected my overall ability to sleep, but they're things I would expect when I'm paying for a hotel room. Also, the agent inadvertantly double charged me when I changed credit cards. When I discovered that, I called and they reversed one of my charges.

They gave my room away and tried to play it off as an issue with my payment. Completely screwed us over

Staff not friendly. Lobby filthy. Wet towel in bathroom. Nonsmoking room smelled like smoke. Last persons clothes hanging on the door. Side doors do not lock. Trash overflowing outside.

Absolutey disgusting. First room smelled of mildew. Moved us to a different room that ended up being infested with bed bugs. I called front desk to let them know. She said oh ok. When I got to front desk my receipt was laying there but no one in sight. We checked out and drove home.

The room was incredibly tired-looking. It's one thing to have dated decor as long as the room is comfortable, but it's clear that even basic upkeep has been neglected for a while. A piece of art hanging over the bed was obviously missing, wallpaper was coming off the walls and repaired with Scotch tape, an eave over the whirlpool tub was moldy, the TV stand was a backwards nightstand, and the whole room smelled musty, like long-ago cigarette smoke.

It is unfortunate that Baymount Inn has their name attached to this facility. Broken dresser in our room with drawer front hanging----hangers broken in half----carpet was dirty. In our friends' room, the hot-tub had carpet hanging from the sides----no TV remote, kleenex, toilet paper. These rooms should never have been rented at any price;, let alone $101. Walls in lobby were gouged and scratched.
