They claim they offer breakfast..It’s not breakfast, it’s not even continental… it’s coffee and hot water! Period

Basic. No bells and whistles

Scent of the hotel was musty. Carpets needs to be replaced. Allergic to pets. Laundry could be cleaners. Needs more maintaining. Hotel needs an upgrade. Paint in reception too dark, needs updating. A bit pricey but had no choice.

It’s a perfect stop when it’s too cold to stay on our boat and we need to work on it.

Management has set a policy of calling guests to make sure they’re comfortable and don’t need anything. Good idea on paper, terrible in actuality! They woke me up with the call and I had a hard time getting back to sleep. I’m going again and will clearly request no such call!!!

The location of the property is great. Check in is always fast and efficient. The staff are always courteous, friendly and helpful.

It can get a bit noisy as the walls are thin. There was a guest a door or two down and their latch was in the door so it kept banging each time they left the room loudly.

Smelly and poor customer service

There was an issue with the plumbing. In our initial room the toilet would not flush & there was a sewage smell. They immediately switched our room & put us in the room directly below. There was also a sewage smell in that room just not as strong. The ceiling in the bathroom looked like it had brown wet spots. Late at night, someone went into the room above us & we could hear every move they made. At first we thought someone was fixing the plumbing? But it sounded like a heavy footed person run walking back and forth repeatedly through the room and moving furniture. Needless to say we did not get much sleep. The following day we explained our concerns about the smell & they said it was probably from our damp towels but they had someone come clean the ceiling. It was not a comfortable stay & I would not recommend it. I appreciated them cleaning the ceiling but that smell was clearly not from damp towels.
