The room

The front daytime staff. Very rude

We liked the location and the desk clerk was nice and accommodating.

Everything: the room was very old and dirty. The fridge was gross and the room and whole place smelled really bad. There were alot of sketchy people there. We had just checked in and got the room but went straight back downstairs to ask for a refund, checkout and find a new place.

I booked this hotel at the last minute after an unafornated experience with the place I reserved for my second hometown (RI) visit. The room I selected was not the appropriate place, and the next day, I spoke with front desk personnel. They were amazing, and the manager took care of the situation. She switched my room for another one across the hallway. That room was good enough for my stay.

Lage war für uns optimal. Einkaufsgelegenheiten und Tankstelle in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zimmer war gut ausgestattet und sauber.

Frühstücks-Angebot war auf einer kleinen Theke neben dem Empfang. Frühstück bestand lediglich aus Kaffee, Tee, 3 Toppings für den Kaffee, verpackten Muffins und Riegeln. Sitzgelegenheiten nicht vorhanden.

Rooms were good

Breakfast!!! The website said that breakfast was included. I always book hotels with that. But this tim, it was just a cart with some prepacked muffins and coffee. That was very weird. The location was not so good but close enough to Newport. If necessary, I could book again, just hope the breakfast situation will be changed.
