Pillar and Post Inn & Spa

Friendly staff, rooms were clean, fridge didn’t work. Their radio clock alarm went off at 6.00 AM and twice! Spa was lovely, needs a little updating and a face lift. Other than that. Very nice

The resturant, hot springs and Christmas ambience was great. The room was ok but it was quiet and my fiancee and I really enjoyed thr food in your resturant.

Had to ask staff to repair the fireplace as it wasn't working. The dial to turn it on and off was defective and it was difficult to regulate the temperature of the room. Had gone to Pillar and the Post to also enjoy the skating but it closed before we had a chance to enjoy it. The rink should have been open longer considering it was the holidays and I was surprised it closed at 9.

Great staff and location, cozy vibe.

Some updating could be done, ac unit smelled a bit moldy. We opened the window instead to get some air, carpet is old

Breakfast did not have as many gluten free options as the staff said it did. Bar tenders and wait staff in both bar and restaurant were great.

Shuttle service on pickup for return was more than 30 minutes later than communicated. Turned out extent to a completely different location from where he dropped us off. Also never heard of an old fashioned without bourbon.
