"Wonderful, relaxing, quiet, family friendly location to visit Niagara Falls and wine country."

Exceptionally friendly staff. The two pools were lovely. Beautiful grounds with so many flowers.

Could use microwaves in the rooms or at least one on property for guest use.

Spa was wonderful as was the pool. Room was nice, great shower and loved the fireplace. Location is fantastic, short walk downtown. Gardens are also superior.

the Cannery dining room was great.

the room was good but the bath room was not. the shower was hard to operate (stiff handle) the shower head squeels and the fan roars loudly. Also you might want to invest in a non slip bathtub application.

Hotel was dirty, it looked run down. Way overpriced for services rendered. A 20 year client will not be booking this hotel again.

Excellent service, friendly staff booked a complimentary hot spring visit. Turndown service included flowers in the room. The breakfast was incredible at the cannery. 10/10, can't wait to return.

Additional lighting in the bathroom would have been nice.
