"Stained carpets and furniture, very noisy, no breakfast offering, will not be back"

Doors and walls do not muffle sound, loud voices and TV noise coming from every occupied room. Can't believe the furniture stains, was late so didn't change hotels... But Did the Next Morning to another hotel nearby.

"Great customer service."

When I booked online, there were no no smoking rooms available for the 2 nights I needed to stay so I booked a smoking room. When I got there I mentioned this to the clerk and she bumped a few other reservations around so she could put me in a no smoking room. Great customer service!

the pillows were old and worn, a bit lumpy, made going to sleep a litlle hard. The bed was firm. The a/c worked very well as i like it very cold to sleep. Sheets need to be replaced with newer ones. Overall it was comfortable.

For a last minute stay it was clean and the staff was great. The property itself is dated. They have a decent little breakfast in the morning, although nothing for someone that is watching carb intake (which I do not fault them for my choices)

It was nice place. Had all i needed. The front counter check in person was extremely polite. The room was clean . All i needed was readily available. The only slight issue eas, the vending machine was almost empty.
